Regular cleaning on a pre-arranged basis, of internal communal areas including entrance halls, lifts, corridors, rest rooms etc.,to flats and similar developments.
Post/Pre Tenancy Cleaning:-
After tenants have vacated, the property may need to be cleaned and brought up to standard for future lettings. We can also remove items left behind and any accumulated rubbish. Gardens can also be tidied up to improve their appearance.
Rubbish Removal:-
Licensed by the Environment Agency to remove, transport and dispose of rubbish and unwanted items, safely and responsibly. Allowing peace of mind from the growing worry of Fly-Tipping
