  MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS  
 

MEDITATION DAY

Relieve stress, improve well-being, find a sense of inner peace and learn to live mindfully.

This will be a varied day as we look at simple ways to ground ourselves, relax the body, calm the mind and be present with our senses. Everyone can meditate. It's not just about trying to calm the mind; it's about focus and being present in the moment. For beginners and those with experience of meditation. The format for the day will be a mixture of presentation of ideas, discussion, inner journeys (guided and non-guided) together with activities to practise focus.

MEDITATION, a 4-week course

Get into a regular meditation practice.
Details as above but spread over four weeks.
Tea and biscuits afterwards.

SATURDAY CLASSES

I hope to run some meditation groups and 1 day classes later in the year. Let me know if you are interested and I'll add you to my mailing list.


1-day courses cost 39. 10-4.30. Cost includes course notes and drinks. Please bring lunch to share for a buffet meal.


EVENING COURSE

4 week evening course costs 50. 7.30-9.30. Cost includes course notes and tea and biscuits afterwards.
